We will send you a confirmation by email right away. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received anything after 15 minutes, email us at info@sleeplabholland.com with your order number. Your withdrawal is already recorded at the time shown above.
What happens next
- 1. Instant confirmation. You receive an email with the date and time of your withdrawal.
- 2. Send it back. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal to SleepLab Holland, Vloetweg 37b, 5841AS Oploo, the Netherlands. Use a carrier with track-and-trace, pack it well, write your order number on the parcel and keep the proof of shipment.
- 3. Refund. We refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product or you have sent proof of shipment.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period, counted from the day you receive the product. A fitted sheet or mattress with a face opening cut to your own head size can also be withdrawn within that period.
